At 5% Nutrition, we stand by the quality of our apparel and gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the apparel is free of stains, hair, or odors.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
